What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we are not the main seller therefore you must contact and/or refer to the original sellers terms for returns individually.

Freight Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

To return a large or bulky item which has been delivered from a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will help you throughout the returns process and may require that you contact our specialized support service team, which can schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Don't refuse the delivery of your item. To ensure the return and refund are processed correctly.

UPS Pickups

After you request a UPS pickup, UPS will send a driver to your address with your shipping label within 1-5 business days. Ensure that you've described the defect, damage, or error highlight that with the returned package. If the original packaging is still available, return the item in this packaging. To help avoid issues with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels which are still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request

After the UPS pickup is requested, you cannot cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Make sure to have your tracking number handy.
